Return & Refund Policy (2023)

Items eligible* for return will be processed based on our policy:

  • A full refund is provided if item is returned within 30 days from purchase
  • A store credit is provided if item is returned between 31 and 90 days from purchase
  • Returns are not accepted after 90 days

    Items purchased in the shop

    Please bring the item back to the shop and we will process your refund according to our policy.

    Items purchased from the webshop

    Please return all items to:

    Please include:

    • Order number, packing slip, or receipt
    • Your name, address, phone number, and email

    Refunds on items received within 30 days of purchase

    Refunds, including sales tax, will be credited to the original form of payment, if item is received within 30 days after purchase.

    Store credit on items received after 30 days of purchase

    Items received beyond 30 days after purchase will be given a store credit. Anything exceeding our 90 day return policy cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Damaged items

    If you receive a damaged item we will replace it as quickly as possible.
