Eligible* returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and must be in original condition. No returns past 90 days will be accepted. If your item was purchased at the Flavours of Life shop, please contact us directly about our store return and refund policies. For items purchased through the website, please return it to us at:

For ecommerce orders returned to our store, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the original transaction, including the cost of the item with tax within the 30 day return window. Anything past 30 days will be store credit. Anything exceeding our 90 day return policy cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We'll work with you to replace damaged items as quickly as possible! Please send us a picture of the damaged item(s), along with your phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org.

*Ineligible returns include face masks, coffee, and chocolate. If return parameters listed above are not adhered to or you attempt to return an item that is not eligible for return, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
