NEED TO RETURN YOUR FLAVOURS OF LIFE PURCHASE OR GIFT?
*Eligible returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and must be in original condition. No returns past 90 days. If your item was purchased at the Flavours of Life store, please contact us directly about our store return and refund policies. For items purchased through the website, you can send it back here:

Make sure to include:
- Your order number, packing slip, or receipt
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email
HOW YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND:
Purchases: For ecommerce orders returned to our store, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the original transaction, including the cost of the item with tax within the 30 day return window. Anything past 30 days will be store credit. Anything exceeding our 90 day return policy cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
WHAT IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED?
We'll work with you to replace it as quickly as possible!

If no one is available, please leave a message with your name, order number, and your phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible!*ineligible returns include facemasks, coffee, and chocolate. If return parameters listed above are not adhered to or you attempt to return an item that is not eligible for return, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
